介绍了浮游式可控中高辊的结构及其工作原理;通过对进口浮游式可控中高辊进行挠度特性分析和挠度试验,提高了对浮游式可控中高辊挠曲变形机理的认识,得出浮游式可控中高辊挠度变形是由辊芯变形和辊筒变形的综合作用所引起,并且其挠度变形随着油压的增加而逐渐增大的结论,为浮游式可控中高辊的进一步设计改进提供了重要参考。%The structure and working principle of crown controlled swimming roll were introduced. Through the analysis of the delfection and the deflection test, the mechanism of the bending deformation of the swimming roll was understood. It has concluded that the delfection of swimming rolls is caused by the comprehensive effect of the deformation of roll core and the roll shell, which is gradually increased with the increase of oil pressure. This will provide an important reference for the further design and improvement for swimming rolls.
