一种新型的废纸脱墨制浆生产方案

摘要

通过优化和改进传统废纸制浆方法、工艺流程、装备配置，达到节约能源、降低消耗、减少投资、改善脱墨浆质量的目的。本文结合福建某企业建设日产60吨脱墨浆生产线的实践，介绍了实现上述目的采取的措施及主要创新点。%It is proved that waste paper pulping processing and equipment can be optimized to achieve the goals of energy saving, consumption reducing and products quality strengthening. In this article, the main measures and innovation points were introduced based on a de-inking pulping production line with daily capacity of 60 tons in a paper mill of Fujian province.
