松厚纸张的孔隙结构分析

摘要

The addition of a bulking promoter achieves the low density of paper and increases the pore volume. Pore structures of the paper were characterized by mercury porosimetry. Addition of the bulking promoters caused an increases in total pore volumes. Furthermore the major of control handsheet in the pore diameter of 4 to 6μm region was broadened by addition of the bulking promoters. Paper bulking by the addition of bulking promoter improved paper air permeability.%添加松厚剂制备的高松厚轻型纸,其紧度小、松厚度良好,这与纸张内部的孔隙增加有着密切关系.利用水银压入法测定了轻型纸张的孔隙度.结果表明,松厚助剂的添加提高了纸张的总孔隙体积.空白纸张的孔径分布大约在4~6μm范围,添加松厚助剂之后的轻型纸张孔径分布比4~6μm的峰值高、范围宽.轻型纸张的透气度也有所提高.
