半导体激光联合派瑞松治疗成人慢性外耳湿疹的疗效观察

摘要

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of semiconductor laser combined with pevisone in the treatment of adult chronic eczema of external ear. Methods A total of 110 patients with chronic eczema of monaural external ear were randomly divided into treatment group with 58 cases and control group with 52 cases. All the cases received wound clean by 3%hydrogen dioxide solution. The control group received local pevisone, while the treatment group received additional laser local irradiation on pevisone. Curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results After 2 weeks of treatment, the effective rate of the treatment group was 65.5%, and that of the control group was 46.2%;after 4 weeks of treatment, the effective rate of the treatment group was 84.5%, and that of the control group was 67.3%. The curative effects of the two groups were compared respectively in 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination treatment by semiconductor laser and pevisone has better curative effect than single pevisone treatment, and it is worth clinical application.%目的：评估半导体激光联合派瑞松治疗成人慢性外耳湿疹的临床疗效。方法110例单耳慢性外耳湿疹的患者随机分成治疗组58例和对照组52例，所有病例给予3%的过氧化氢溶液清洗皮损处，对照组给予局部均匀涂抹派瑞松乳膏，治疗组在涂抹派瑞松乳膏后立即给予激光局部照射。比较两组疗效。结果2周疗效：治疗组有效率65.5%，对照组有效率46.2%；4周疗效：治疗组有效率84.5%，对照组有效率67.3%。治疗组与对照组分别在2周和4周进行治疗效果比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论半导体激光联合派瑞松治疗成人慢性外耳湿疹的疗效明显优于单独使用派瑞松，值得临床应用。
