目的：观察苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平联合依那普利治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法105例原发性高血压患者随机分为A、B、C三组，各35例，分别给予单用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平、依那普利以及两者联合。连续治疗4周后，进行疗效对比。结果 C组降压总有效率97.14%，明显高于A组82.86%和B组68.57%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论采用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平与依那普利联合治疗原发性高血压的疗效明显优于单用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平、依那普利，且安全性高，值得医院临床推广应用和借鉴。%Objective To observe the clinical effect of levamlodipine besylate combined with enalapril in the treatment of primary hypertension. Methods A total of 105 primary hypertension patients were randomly divided into group A, group B and group C, with 35 cases in each group. Treatment was given to the three groups as single levamlodipine besylate, enalapril, and their combination. After 4 weeks treatment, their curative effects were compared. Results The total anti-hypertension effective rate of group C was 97.14%, which was obviously higher than 82.86%of group A and 68.57%of group B. The difference had statistical significance (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion Combination of levamlodipine besylate and enalapril has better curative effect in treating primary hypertension than single use of levamlodipine besylate or enalapril. This method is worthy of reference, clinical promotion with application in hospital.
