目的：探讨乳腺癌诊断中应用钼靶X线检查的价值，提高乳腺癌的早期诊断率。方法回顾性分析经手术病理确诊的66例乳腺癌患者的临床及钼靶X线检查影像资料。结果66例乳腺癌患者钼靶X线片大部分有较敏感的显影及直接征象和间接征象，均行乳腺癌根治术或改良根治术，钼靶诊断与术后病理诊断符合率为100％。结论钼靶X线检查可以大大提高乳腺癌的诊断准确率，对乳腺癌的早期明确诊断具有重要的意义，可作为早期乳腺癌诊断的首选方法。%Objective To explore the application value of molybdenum target X-ray examination in diagnosis of breast cancer, so as to improve the early diagnosis rate of breast cancer.Methods The clinical and molybdenum target X-ray examination imaging data of 66 breast cancer patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results There were sensitive and direct and indirect signs in most of the molybdenum target X-ray imaging in 66 breast cancer cases. All the cases received radical mastectomy or improved mastectomy. The coincidence rate of molybdenum target diagnosis and postoperative pathological diagnosis was 100%.Conclusion Molybdenum target X-ray examination can remarkably improve the accuracy rate of breast cancer diagnosis, and it has important value for early diagnosis of breast cancer. This method can be use as the primary method in early diagnosis of breast cancer.
