The thermal stabilizing function of Ca/Zn system in transparent rigid PVC products was compared with organic tin. It was found that the 194^# Ca/Zn stabilizer had the best overall performance, the stabilization time was comparable with organic tin. For the weight-loss property, the flaky stabilizer was poorer than, and the powder stabilizer was comparable to organic tin. The 194^# Ca/Zn stabiiizer resulted in higher transparency and lighter discoloration, which met the requirements for transparent rigid PVC products.%采用静态热稳定性试验的方法,分别对聚氯乙烯(PVC)透明硬制品的环保增塑剂配方体系下的不同钙锌热稳定剂品种进行试验分析,并与有机锡类稳定剂进行对比研究,发现其中194^#钙锌热稳定剂综合性能最佳,稳定时间与有机锡类热稳定剂相当,片状热稳定失重性能优于有机锡类热稳定剂,粉状热稳定失重性能与有机锡类热稳定剂接近,所加工样品的透明度较好,变色情况较轻,基本满足PVC透明硬制品的要求。
