美国塑料管道失效数据对我国塑料管道安全管理的启发

摘要

This paper reported a systematic analysis for plastic pipe failure data collected from American Plastic Pipe Data Association.By combining the relevant failure data obtained from European gas pipeline failures,failure reasons of plastic pressure pipelines were systematically analyzed from the aspects of third-party damage,defects,biological damage and aging,and then some suggestions were proposed for the safety management of plastic pipe in China.%对美国塑料管材数据协会的塑料管道失效事故数据进行了分析,结合欧洲燃气管道领域的相关失效数据,从第三方、缺陷、生物破坏、老化等方面对失效原因进行了系统分析,在此基础上对我国塑料管道的安全管理提出了建议.
