超分散剂对不饱和聚酯/ATH复合体系流变性能的影响

     

摘要

The effects of the molecular structure features, the content and the filling processes of the selfmade hyper-dispersants on the rheological properties such as viscosity, thixotropic behavior and sensitivity to temperature of the unsaturated polyester resin (UPR)/aluminum hydroxide (ATH) composites were investigated. The results showed: when the self-made hyper-dispersants had carboxyl anchoring group, the polar solvatable chain was similar to unsaturated polyester and their molecular weights were between 2 000 ~ 6 000 g/mol at the content of 0. 5 wt% ~ 1 wt%, the best viscosity reducing effects on UPR/ATH composites were obtained. the thixotropic behavior and the sensitivity to temperature of the composites were increased obviously.Considering the viscosity reducing effect and filling processing cost, the filling processes was followed as first the hyper dispersant and the unsaturated polyester resin were mixed under high-speed hybrid, and then the aluminum hydroxide powder was put in the composites under high-speed hybrid.%考察了自合成的超分散剂的分子结构、含量和添加工艺对不饱和聚酯树脂/氢氧化铝(UPR/ATH)复合体系的黏度、触变性以及温度敏感性等流变性能的影响,结果表明:锚固基团为端羧基,溶剂化链为与不饱和聚酯树脂相似的极性链,摩尔质量为2 000~6 000g/mol之间的超分散剂在质量分数为0.5%~1%时对UPR/ATH复合体系的降黏效果最佳,且使UPR/ATH复合体系的触变性显著增大,对温度的敏感度也提高;综合考虑超分散剂对UPR/ATH复合体系的降黏效果及成本,采用将分散剂先加入到不饱和树脂中高速混合再加入氢氧化铝高速混合的添加工艺方法较为理想.
