In view of the shortcomings on the energy efficiency of fully-hydraulic injection molding machines in the existing research,the mechanism and the characteristics of the energy consumption of fullhydraulic injection molding machine was analyzed.On this basis,the model of the minimum value of the required energy during each stage of the injection molding process was proposed,and the obtaining means for the required parameters were discussed,and thus a fresh computing model on the energy efficiency of fullyhydraulic injection molding machines was established.This model overcame the defects of the traditional estimation methods on energy efficiency of hydraulic injection molding machines,and it was not only able to provide a scientific basis for the accurate evaluation of the quality of fully hydraulic injection molding machines,but also had some reference value for the energy-efficiency evaluation of other-type injection molding machines.%鉴于现有全液压式注塑机能效研究方面存在的不足,分析了全液压式注塑机液压能耗的机理与特点,在此基础上,提出了注塑工艺各阶段所需最小能耗的求解模型,并对求解所需各参数的获取手段进行了探讨,进而建立起全液压式注塑机能效计算模型.该模型克服了传统全液压式注塑机能效估算方法存在的缺陷,其不仅能够为准确评价全液压式注塑机品质提供科学依据,而且对于其他各类注塑机的能效评价亦具有一定的参考价值.
