紫外分光光度法测定利培酮分散片中利培酮的含量

摘要

OBJECTIVE: To establish the method for the content determination of Risperidone dispersible tablet.METHODS:UV spectrophotometry was adopted using absolute alcohol as solvent.The detection wavelength was set at 279 nm.RESULTS: The linear range of risperidone was 6.12～30.6 μg·mL-1 (r=0.999 9) with an average recovery of 100.31％ (RSD=0.54％, n=9).CONCLUSION: The method is accurate, reliable and reproducible for the content determination of Risperidone dispersible tablet.%目的:建立测定利培酮分散片中利培酮含量的方法.方法:采用紫外分光光度法.溶剂为无水乙醇,在279 nm波长条件下测定利培酮分散片中利培酮的含量.结果:利培酮检测浓度在6.12～30.6μg·mL-1范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9);平均回收率为100.31%,RSD=0.54%(n=9).结论:本法准确、可靠、重复性好,可用于利培酮分散片的质量控制.
