清咽利肺散剂的止咳、化痰、抗炎和止痛作用研究

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effects of Qingyan lifei powder(QYLFP)on relieving cough,reducing phlegm,in-hibiting inflammatory and relieving pain. METHODS:The mice were divided into model group,positive control group (Yanjian-ning tablet,0.29 g/kg),QYLFP low-dose,medium-dose and high-dose groups (13.7,27.3,54.6 g/kg),with 10 mice in each group. Model group was given constant volume of normal saline intragastrically,and treatment groups were given relevant medi-cine intragastrically,once a day,for 7 days. After medication,the effects of relieving cough,reducing phlegm,anti-inflammatory and analgesic of QYLFP were investigated through ammonia-induced cough method,phenol red method,xylene-caused mice ear edema test and acetic acid writhing test. RESULTS:Compared with model group,the cough times of those groups decreased signif-icantly,except for QYLFP low-dose group;the cough incubation period in QYLFP high-dose group prolonged significantly (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The phenol red excretion amount and writhing times within 20 min of mice decreased significantly and ear edema relieved significantly in positive control and QYLFP high-dose group(P<0.05 or P<0.01). CONCLUSIONS:QYLFP has good ef-fects on relieving acough,reducing sputum and inhibiting inflammatory and relieving pain.%目的：考察清咽利肺散剂的止咳、化痰、抗炎和止痛作用。方法：将小鼠分为模型组、阳性对照组（炎见宁片，0.29 g/kg）和清咽利肺散剂低、中、高剂量组（13.7、27.3、54.6 g/kg），每组10只。模型组小鼠ig等体积生理盐水，各给药组小鼠ig相应药物，每天1次，连续7d。给药结束后，分别采用小鼠氨水引咳实验、气管酚红排泌实验、二甲苯致耳肿胀实验和醋酸扭体实验考察清咽利肺散剂的止咳、化痰、抗炎、止痛作用。结果：与模型组比较，除清咽利肺散剂低剂量组小鼠外，其余各组小鼠的咳嗽次数均明显减少，且清咽利肺散剂高剂量组小鼠的咳嗽潜伏期明显延长（P＜0.05或P＜0.01）；阳性对照组和清咽利肺散剂高剂量组小鼠的酚红排泌量、20 min内扭体次数明显减少，耳肿胀度明显减轻（P＜0.05或P＜0.01）。结论：清咽利肺散剂对小鼠具有良好的止咳、化痰、抗炎、消肿止痛的作用。
