Objective; To establish an HPLC method for the determination of icraiin in Huangmai mixtures. Method; Diamonsil? C18(250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) column was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water-acetic acid (30: 70: 1). Detection wavelength was 270 nm. The column temperature was 30 ℃. The flow rate was 1.0 ml · min-1. Result: Icraiin showed a good linear relationship within the range of 3. 12-100.00 (μg·ml-1(r = 0. 999 9). The average recovery was 92. 65% with RSD of 2. 57%. Conclusion: The method is feasible with good specificity and reproducibility, and can be used for the determination of icraiin in Huangmai mixtures.%目的:建立HPLC测定黄麦合剂中淫羊藿苷含量的方法.方法:色谱柱:DiamonsilTM C18柱(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-水-醋酸(30:70:1),检测波长:270 nm,柱温:30℃,流速:1.0 ml·min-1.结果:淫羊藿苷浓度在3.12~100.00 μg·ml-1的范围之内,峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系(r =0.999 9).平均回收率为92.65%,RSD为2.57%.结论:本方法简便、快速、准确、重复性好,可用于黄麦合剂中淫羊藿苷的含量测定.
