On October 8, 2012 the Shandong Longli Biotechnology LLC has delivered to market the second-generation cellulosic fuel ethanol from corncob, making itself the first in Shandong and unique producer of the second generation cellulosic ethanol with a ethanol production capacity of 60 kt/a.
