530 kt/a PTA Project Kicked off at Liaoyang Petrochemical Company

摘要

In December 2003 PetroChina had clinched with DuPont, Invista and Foster Wheeler of USA, respectively, a technical license agreement, a basic design contract and a procurement service contract for construction of a 530kt/a PTA project at PetroChina Liaoyang Petrochemical Company. This project is the first one approved by the State among the first batch of 100 construction projects aimed at resuscitation of old industrial bases in northeast China.
