On December 9, 2014 the scientific research project＂Third-generation technology for selective hydrodesulfurization（RSDS-III） of FCC naphtha＂ jointly undertaken bythe SINOPEC Research Institute of Petroleum Processing（RIPP）, the Qingdao Refining and Chemical Company（QRCC）, the Changling Petrochemical Branch Company（CBPC）, and the Shanghai Petrochemical Company （SPC）has passed in Beijing the technical appraisal organizedby the Science and Technology Division of the SinopecCorp.
