换热器的液压胀接技术及其应用要点

         

摘要

为了减少换热器的管子和管板胀接部位的泄漏,消除换热器与折流板之间的间隙,从根本上解决磨蚀、噪音以及管端焊缝的疲劳裂纹等问题,开发了液袋式液压胀接技术。在分析了液压胀接工作原理及技术特点后,从胀接压力的计算和管板孔的加工两方面探讨了该项技术的应用要点。得出结论:(1)可通过开较大宽度环形槽的方法来降低胀接压力,从而降低胀接成本;(2)由于各接头的胀接压力均匀,采用液压胀接技术可以大大提高换热器胀接接头的可靠性。%To reduce the leakage of the tube-plate expanded joint area ofthe heat exchanger and eliminate the clearance between the heat exchanger and baffle plate, and to solve radically the problems of abrasion, noise and fatigue crack of welded seam at tube ends, a hydraulic expanded joint technique is developed. The operating principle and characteristics of the hydraulic expanded joint technique are described. The expansion pressure is calculated and the machining of the tube plate hole is discussed. To decrease the expansion pressure, a wide ring groove can be made in the tube plate hole. The reliability of the heat exchanger is greatly improved by applying the hydraulic expanded joint technique.
