钻柱中声波传输系统样机的研制

         

摘要

声波传输是一种具有极大潜力的井下信息无线传输技术。在方案设计的基础上,研制出基于钻柱信道的由井下声波发射装置和地面声波接收换能器组成的声波传输系统样机。开展了样机试验井试验,检验了声波传输系统样机的性能,测试了钻柱的频谱特性。通过试验井试验数据对声波在钻柱中传播的衰减、噪声和多途干扰等进行了分析,得到了井下无线信息传输系统的可用信号频率、编码方法等,证明用声波在钻柱上进行数据传输是可行的。%Acoustic transmission is a type of downhole information wireless transmission technology which has great potentials. On the basis of the scheme design, the drill string signal channel-based acoustic transmission sys- tem prototype was developed. It consists of downhole acoustic transmitter and ground acoustic receiving transduc- er. The test of the prototype was conducted in the test well. The prototype performance and the drill string spectral property were tested. Based on the test data of the test well, an analysis of the acoustic transmission attenuation, noise and multi-path interference in drill string was conducted. The usable signal frequency and coding method of the downhole wireless information transmission system were obtained. It has been proved that it is feasible to use a- coustic waves to transmit data in drill string.
