冀东油田注水井分层测试技术研究与应用∗

         

摘要

Water injection profile is measured mainly by the isotope method to acquire layered water absorp⁃tion of water injection wells�This method cannot measure startup pressure of small layers under different permeabili⁃ty levels and its measured results cannot effectively guide reasonable division of water injection sections�For the rea⁃son, a research is conducted on layered injection testing technology of immobile strings�The string mainly consists of hydraulic safety joint, hydraulic anchor, test valve, water plugging packer and extension tube�All layers to be tested are divided by the water plugging packer and opened one by one from bottom to top by using a pressure⁃building control test valve while the lower layer is closed�One trip of string could be used to complete construction for three to five layers�Field application results show that, the test process string is simple in the structure, relia⁃ble for setting and easy to operate�Test data can truly reflect startup pressure and water absorbing capacity of smal⁃ler layers and provide a reliable basis for layered injection measure decision making.%冀东油田目前主要通过同位素法测吸水剖面来认识注水井的分层吸水状况,这种方法无法测出各不同渗透率小层的启动压力,测试结果不能有效指导注水井分注段的合理划分,为此开展了不动管柱分层测试工艺管柱研究。该管柱主要由液压安全接头、水力锚、测试阀、卡水封隔器和伸缩管等组成,通过卡水封隔器将所有待测层卡分开来,再经投球憋压控制测试阀自下而上逐层开启同时关闭下一层后进行测试,一趟管柱可完成3~5层施工。现场应用结果表明,该测试工艺管柱结构简单,坐封可靠,易于操作,测试数据真实反映了小层启动压力和吸水能力,可为分层措施决策提供可靠依据。
