Deepwater connector is a key part of subsea production system�Its installation can not rely on di⁃vers, so its alignment performance is crucial�For hub seat mouth alignment structure of ø304�8 mm horizontal sleeve type connector used for water depth of 1 500 m, it is parameterized to obtain parameter constraints under which the structure can meet requirements for different alignment forms�Moreover, the relation between parameters and alignment performance is analyzed�Finally, semi⁃infinite multi⁃variable constraints are obtained based on maxi⁃mum deflection rectifying ability above 10° and other constraints under the condition of angle deviation�Maximum deflection rectifying amount of mouth structure is taken as the optimization objective and fseminf function of Matlab optimization toolbox is used to optimize the best value of parameters�The results provide a theoretical basis for opti⁃mal design of deepwater sleeve type connector mouth structure.%深水连接器作为水下生产系统的关键组成部分,潜水员无法辅助其完成安装过程,其自身对中性能的好坏至关重要。针对应用于1500 m水深的ø304�8 mm水平套筒式连接器毂座止口对中结构,将其进行参数化后,得到了其在不同对中形式下仍能满足要求时的参数约束条件,并研究分析了各参数与对中性能的影响关系。最后在角度偏离的工况下,考虑最大纠偏能力大于10°等约束条件,得到了相应的半无限多变量约束条件,以止口结构的最大纠偏量为优化目标,采用Matlab优化工具箱的fseminf函数优化出各参数的最佳取值。所得结果为深水套筒式连接器止口结构的优化设计提供了理论基础。
