三相分离器内置静电聚结原油脱水技术研究∗

         

摘要

为了满足高含水油田、边际油田、深水油田及绿色油田开发对高效紧凑原油脱水装置的需求,提出了三相分离器内置静电聚结原油脱水技术。分析了三相分离器内置安装静电聚结模块后的总体结构布局、工作原理以及VIEC静电聚结模块的制造工艺。采用自主研制的三相分离器内置静电聚结分离中试装置在冀东油田高尚堡联合站进行了现场试验。试验结果表明:在静电聚结模块的作用下,原油经中试装置最短停留时间11.8 min,即可使出口含水体积分数降至0.03%左右,与联合站三相分离器需停留时间1 h以上才能使出口含水体积分数降至1.00%左右的结果相比,油水分离效果显著,并确定了较优的电场频率范围为600~1000 Hz和1900~2500 Hz,较优的设定电压范围为250~300 V。研究成果对该技术今后的工业化进程有重要的参考价值。%The high water cut oilfield, marginal oilfield, deepwater oilfield and green field development im⁃pose the needs for compact and efficient crude oil dehydration device, a three⁃phase separator vessel internal elec⁃trostatic coalesce ( VIEC) for crude oil dehydration has been proposed to meet the increasing demand. The overall structure layout, working principle and the machining process for electrostatic coalescer module has been ana⁃lyzed. For the first time, the field test of the domestic self⁃developed three⁃phase separator VIEC pilot plant has been conducted at Gaoshangpu joint station in Jidong Oilfield. The test results showed a great water oil separation performance. Under the effect of electrostatic coalescer module, with the minimum time of crude oil passing through pilot plant of 11. 8 minutes, the water volume fraction of the crude oil from the outlet can be reduced to about 0. 03%, while the three phase separator at the joint station requires more than 1 h to make the water volume frac⁃tion fell to 1. 00%. The optimum electric field frequency range of 600~1 000 Hz and 1 900~2 500 Hz, and the op⁃timum setting voltage range of 250~300 V have been determined. The study results could provide important refer⁃ence for the technology in the future industrialization process.
