重载移运工况下海洋钻修机安全性评估∗

         

摘要

国内作业公司都已进行过海洋钻修机带钻具整体平移,但从未实现满立根重载移运作业。另外,对评估海洋钻修机在整体平移时能带多大钻具载荷,也尚无相关研究及理论依据。鉴于此,针对重载移运工况下海洋钻修机开展安全性评估,基于ABAQUS平台建立了HXJ180海洋钻修机重载移运的动态响应结构强度分析与评价方法,分析结果表明该井架与底座系统具有较好稳定性,其稳定性临界负载比例系数等于2.2,并确定了重载移运工况下钻柱的极限承载能力。该安全评估方法为海洋钻修机带钻具整体移运提供了技术支持,也为现场施工提供了理论依据。%Domestic companies have conducted shifting of offshore drilling and workover rig with drill string, but never achieved shifting operation with overloaded full stands. In addition, the assessment of maximum drill string loads carried by offshore drilling and workover rig during shifting has no relevant research and theory. Safety assessment on offshore drilling and workover rig under overload shifting condition has been conduct. A dynamic re-sponse structural strength analysis and evaluation method for HXJ180 offshore rig under overload shifting condition has been established based on ABAQUS. The results show that the derrick and the base system had great stability with the stability critical load ratio factor of 2. 2. The maximum drill string load for overload shifting operation has been determined. The safety assessment method could offer technical support for the offshore drilling and workover rig overload shifting, and provide theoretical basis for field application.
