海洋立管横流向与双向涡激振动研究∗

         

摘要

深海装备多以圆柱形结构物为主,涡激振动现象是其研究的热点。对质量比为2和5的立管进行横流向及双向涡激振动数值模拟,研究不同质量比条件下顺流向振动对横流向最大振幅和锁定区间的影响,以及圆柱振动轨迹变化规律。研究结果表明,在锁定区间内、2种质量比条件下,双向涡激振动的横流向振幅明显大于单向涡激振动的横流向振幅;顺流向振动也存在锁定区间,质量比为2的圆柱锁定区间与横流向锁定区间相同,锁定区间内顺流向振幅较大,质量比为5的圆柱在横流向的锁定区间内,顺流向振幅很小,横流向振幅与顺流向振幅之比很大;质量比为2的圆柱体在研究范围内振动轨迹皆为“8”字形,在锁定区间更明显。所得结果可为我国海洋立管的涡激振动分析提供参考。%The deep water equipment mostly has cylindrical structure, so that VIV phenomenon is their study focus. Numerical simulation has been conducted on the 1-DOF and 2-DOF VIV of the marine riser with the mass ra-tio of 2 and 5 to study the in-line vibration effects on the maximum transverse amplitude and locking area, and the cylindrical vibration track variation under different mass ratio. The results show that, in the locking area and under the two kinds of mass ratio conditions, the transverse amplitude of the two-way vortex-induced vibration is signifi-cantly larger than that of the one-way vibration. The in-line vibration also has locking area. The cylinder with the mass ratio of 2 has the same lock area range with the transverse-flow. The in-line amplitude is relatively larger in the locking area. The cylinder with the mass ratio of 5 is in the transverse-flow locking area, and the in-flow amplitude is very small, while the ratio of the transverse amplitude and in-line amplitude is very large. The vibration track of the cylinder with the mass ratio of 2 within the discussion range are all “8” shape, and are more obvious in the locking area. The study results could provide reference for VIV analysis of marine riser.
