水平井岩屑清除工具设计及结构优化研究∗

         

摘要

Cutting removal tool, as an effective cutting bed damage tool, not only could prevent the forma-tion of cutting bed, but also could timely destruction and remove the cutting bed. Three different structure cutting removers have been designed and their flow fields have been simulated with the CFD software. The simulation results have been analyzed on the velocity, pressure and flow trajectories. The cutting removing performances of the three kinds of tools have been compared. The results showed that the straight rhombus blade, left-hand screw V-shaped blade and right-hand screw V-shaped blade structures have different acceleration effect on the surrounding drilling fluid. The straight rhombus blade presents the maximum tangential acceleration effect, while the left-hand screw V-shaped blade presents the maximum axial acceleration. The axial velocity distribution of the surrounding drilling flu-id is irregular with good turbulence effect and covering wide scope. The rotating of the left-hand screw V-shaped blade will cause the surrounding fluid generate swirl, increasing the turbulence intensity of the fluid, which is preferable for cutting carry and removals. The conclusion could provide theoretical support for the development and application of cutting removal tools.%岩屑清除工具不仅能够防止岩屑床的形成,而且对形成的岩屑床能够及时破坏和清除。为实现岩屑床的高效破坏和清除,设计了3种不同结构的岩屑清除工具,利用CFD软件对3种工具周围的流场进行了仿真模拟,从速度场、压力场和液流运动轨迹对数值模拟结果进行分析,并对3种工具的岩屑清除效果进行对比。分析结果表明,直棱形、反螺旋V形和正螺旋V形3种叶片结构对周围钻井液均有不同程度的加速作用,直棱形叶片切向加速效果最明显,反螺旋V形叶片轴向加速效果最明显,周围钻井液的轴向速度分布不规则,湍流效果好,且波及范围广;反螺旋V形叶片结构在旋转过程中会导致周围流体产生旋流,增加了流体的湍流强度,有利于岩屑的携带和清除。所得结论为水平井岩屑清除工具的研制和应用提供了理论支持。
