我国还没有关于深部钻井和大井段钻井的可回收套管钻井系统的相关应用和研究.为此,从套管钻井钻机、 套管驱动系统、 钻锁工具、 井底钻具组合、 导向钻头和井下扩眼器、 固井装备等方面分析了套管钻井系统的结构特点及性能要求.同时指出可回收套管钻井技术与旋转导向和随钻测量技术结合可形成导向套管钻井技术,该技术可以很容易地进行定向控制,还可以减少甚至消除与滑动钻井相关的容积式液压马达的局限性问题.最后指出可回收套管钻井技术可以有效应对盐膏层和井漏等复杂情况,将在提高浅层油气藏开发效益,降低中深井钻井成本方面发挥巨大优势.%The recoverable casing drilling system components and characteristics have been introduced. The struc-tural characteristics and performance requirements of main casing drilling system components have been analyzed, inclu-ding the casing drilling rig, casing drive system, drilling lock tool, BHA, directional drilling bit and downhole ream-er, cementing equipment and other tools. Recoverable casing drilling technology combined with rotary steering drilling and MWD technology could form directional casing drilling technology, which can easily conduct directional control and also reduce or even eliminate the PDM limitation problem related to sliding drilling. The recoverable casing drilling technology can effectively deal with salt layer and downhole lost circulation, presenting great advantages in improving the shallow reservoir development efficiency and reducing the cost of medium to deep well drilling.
