大斜度井悬挂防污染管柱在冀东油田的应用∗

         

摘要

为了解决大斜度井防污染封隔器胶筒密封性能差以及砂埋卡瓦后解卡打捞困难等问题,研制了大斜度井悬挂防污染采油配套管柱及工具。该管柱通过JDY445液压丢手封隔器与侧进液阀的配合,杜绝了洗井过程中的油层污染;采用的JDY445液压丢手封隔器密封性能良好,锚定安全,解卡力小,打捞方便可靠。该管柱在现场已应用5口井,施工成功率100%,封隔器坐封位置最大井斜52°,最大井深2926�36 m,含水恢复期缩短了4~11 d,效果显著。大斜度井悬挂防污染管柱的应用,杜绝了入井液对地层的伤害,有效保护了油层,具有广阔的应用前景。%In order to solve the problems such as poor sealability of anti⁃pollution packer, difficult releasing and fishing after slip sanding and so on, the hanging anti⁃pollution string and tools of high angle deviated wells were studied�By the combination between JDY445 hydraulic releasing packer and side liquid inlet valve, the pollu⁃tion in the process of well flushing is eliminated�The JDY455 hydraulic releasing packer can provide high sealing performance, anchoring safety, small releasing force as well as convenient and reliable fishing�The string has been applied in 5 wells, and it reached a success rate of 100% under maximum inclination of 52° in packer setting posi⁃tion and maximum well depth of 2926�36 m with water recovery period reduction of 4 to 11 days�The results show that the effect is remarkable.
