自升式平台托盘式BOP移运系统技术现状∗

摘要

BOP transport system is a main unit on the self⁃elevating platform�BOP storage and its offshore connection, maintenance, installation and testing rely on the system�This paper presented the composition and working process of common tray BOP transport system, and described the functions of tray BOP lift⁃the core part of the system�The tray BOP lift adopts C⁃shaped tray as the connection mechanism and its lifting device consist of sec⁃ondary cylinders and telescopic booms�Its advantages and disadvantages were provided in this paper�Finally, rec⁃ommendations were put forward for future development of tray BOP transport system, in order to contribute to its lo⁃calization in China.%BOP移运系统是自升式平台的主要配套设备之一， BOP 的储存、海上连接、维修、安装及测试工作等都要依赖于BOP移运系统。对比较常见的托盘式BOP 移运系统配套设备组成及作业流程进行了详细介绍，重点对系统核心单元设备———托盘式BOP吊进行了功能阐述，总结了其具有用“C”形托盘作为连接机构、提升装置由二级油缸组与伸缩臂组成等结构特点，并进行了优、缺点分析；最后在对比国内外发展现状的基础上提出了以后的发展建议。研究内容可为托盘式BOP移运系统的国产化进程提供帮助。
