随钻垂直地震剖面测量装置

             

摘要

为了对钻头前方地层地质进行预测,及时发现钻头前方地层岩性、裂缝和地层压力异常等情况,以指导钻进过程,避免钻井事故,研究了随钻地震勘探开发技术.该技术中的随钻垂直地震测量系统由地面检波器阵列、随钻垂直地震剖面测量装置和地面人工震源构成.介绍了随钻垂直地震剖面测量装置的原理、结构与电路系统.将随钻垂直地震剖面测量装置在华北油田石探1井进行试验,2支仪器各下1趟钻,入井2次,连续工作109 h,从井深900~1 400 m进行随钻地震信号测量,试验中该装置工作正常,测量数据完整.起钻后高速回放数据,并进行互相关信号处理后发现,该装置记录的地震信号符合地震波特征,能够反映该井段的地质结构.%The seismic while drilling (SWD) technology could be used to predict the formation geology in front of the drill bit,so that to detect the lithology,fractures and abnormal formation pressure in front of the drill bit to guide drilling and avoid drilling accidents.The vertical seismic measurement while drilling system consists of array of geophones,vertical seismic profiling while drilling device and ground artificial seismic source.The principle of the measurement while drilling device for vertical seismic profiling has been introduced.The structure and circuit system of the device have been designed.The field test was carried out in the Well Shitan 1 of Huabei Oilfield with two instruments tripped once respectively,and continued working for 109 h.The seismic while drilling signal was measured from 900 to 1 400 m.The device operated smoothly with integrated measured data.High speed play back data after running out of hole and corresponding signal processing showed that the seismic signals recorded by the device are in accordance with the seismic wave characteristics and can represent the geological structure of the well section.
