恒压恒扭提速工具在夏河1井的应用

         

摘要

针对夏河1井地层岩石硬度高,可钻性差,地层硬脆,存在蹩跳钻和易塌易漏等开发难点,对破岩机理进行深入分析,筛选适应该类地层的提速工具,提出了为钻头提供稳定扭矩和恒定钻压的工具,以增强钻头的破岩能力,并配合高效PDC钻头,从而提高了钻井效率.在夏河1井的上部地层一开φ406.4 mm井眼和二开φ311.2 mm井眼,试用了φ244.5和φ229.0mm2种尺寸的恒压恒扭提速工具,工具共入井9次,平均机械钻速3.26 m/h,累计进尺2 633.72m,纯钻时间808.5h,与邻井BT5在相同井段平均机械钻速0.83 m/h相比,提高292.8%,提速效果显著,证明该工具在大尺寸井眼的复杂地层具有较高的推广应用价值.研究结果可为该工具后期的推广应用提供依据.%High rock hardness,poor drillability,hard and brittle formation in Well Xiahe-1 lead to drilling difficulties like bit bounce,wellbore collapse and lost circulation.In-depth rock breaking mechanism is analyzed to select drilling speed improving tool.The drilling tool provided with consistent torque and WOB is tried to help to improve the rock breaking ability of drill bit.High-efficient PDC bit is proposed to improve drilling efficiency.The φ244.5 mm and φ229.0 mm consistent-WOB-torque tools were tested in the φ406.4 and φ311.2 mm borehole,respectively,for the upper formation of Well Xiahe 1.The two tools were run 9 times with an average penetration rate of 3.26 m/h,an accumulative footage of 2 633.72 m,and the drilling time of 808.5 h.Compared with the average penetration rate of the offset Well BT5 of 0.83 m/h in the same formation,the penetration rate was increased by 292.8%,presenting a significant drilling speed increase performance,indicating that the tool has a great promotion and application value in drilling large borehole in problematic formation.The study results could provide bases for the tool application promotion.
