固井振动器套管内振动对水泥石强度影响试验

         

摘要

To improve the cementing quality of adjusting wells,the vibration of cementing vibrator in wellbore was studied.The φ139.7 mm casing cementing vibrator system was described.The vibration influence of vibrator in casing on the strength of cement stone was also studied.The cementing vibrator assembly is mainly composed of ground control unit,transmission cable,cable connector and cementing vibrator.The vibration wave of the cementing vibrator passes through the drilling fluid and the casing to act on the cement slurry,thereby improving the hydration performance of the cement slurry.Through the indoor simulation test,the impact of vibrator vibration on the compressive strength of cement stone,the bonding strength of the first interface and the second interface were measured.The test data showed that the compressive strength of cement stone increased by 11.50% to 23.32%,the first interface bonding strength increased by 19.37% to 32.55%,and the bonding strength at the second interface increased by 7.62% to 16.90%.The test results provide a theoretical basis for field application of cementing vibrators.%为改善调整井固井质量,开展了固井振动器套管内振动技术研究,阐述了φ139.7 mm套管固井振动器系统,同时开展了振动器套管内振动对水泥石强度影响的试验研究.固井振动器系统主要由地面控制单元、传输电缆、电缆接头和固井振动器等组成,固井振动器振动波穿过钻井液和套管作用于水泥浆,从而改善水泥浆的水化性能.通过室内模拟试验,测得了振动器振动对水泥石抗压强度、第一界面和第二界面胶结强度的影响,试验数据表明水泥石抗压强度提高11.50%~23.32%,第一界面胶结强度提高19.37% ~ 32.55%,第二界面胶结强度提高7.62%~16.90%.试验结果为固并振动器的现场应用提供了理论依据.
