油管横向缺陷动态检测装置设计及研究

         

摘要

针对传统漏磁检测装置对油管的横、纵向缺陷辨识度低和检测精度差的问题,设计了油管横向缺陷检测装置.基于直流线圈磁化理论以及油管横向缺陷检测的速度效应原理,首先设计出满足磁化及检测要求的各个装置零部件,再通过Ansoft软件建立缺陷动态检测模型,分析油管饱和磁化所需电流安匝数及满足横向缺陷检测精度、高覆盖率检测下的最佳检测速度.仿真及试验结果表明:磁化线圈在安匝数1 200时可使油管饱和磁化,当油管螺旋前进速度为0.5 m/s时具有无盲区高精度的检测效果,且检测波形可在一定程度上反映缺陷形状及尺寸.该检测装置对横向缺陷有较好的检测效果,装置的设计及研究具有一定的工程意义.%To address the problem of low visibility and poor detection accuracy of traditional magnetic flux leakage detection device on the transverse and longitudinal defects of the tubing,a transverse defect detection device was designed.Based on the theory of DC coil magnetization and the principle of speed effect of transverse defect detection of tubing,the components of each device that meet the requirements of magnetization and detection were designed.A dynamic defect detection model was then built by Ansoft software,so as to analyze the required current ampere-turns for saturation magnetization and the best detection speed required by high transverse defect detection accuracy and detection coverage.The simulation and experimental results showed that the magnetization coil can make the tubing saturation magnetization with the ampere-turns of 1 200.With the helix advance of 0.5 m/s,the detection with high accuracy without blind zone could be provided.The detection waveform could,to some extent,indicate defect shape and size.The developed detection device proved to have a great detection performance on transverse defects.Therefore,the device has some engineering significance.
