China's largest floating production and storage offloading (FPSO) vessel was launched in Shanghai on December 18. The huge FPSO, three football fields long and as tall as a 24-story building can load or off-load 190,000 barrels of crude oil a day, is called a floating production storage off-loading (FPSO) vessel.
