摘要

Chinese overseas oil and gas investment and cooperation had entered a more advanced stage of internationalization after more than 20 years of growth and expansion.Its national oil and gas companies had been shifting from resource-oriented entities to internationalized state-owned companies aiming at investing and profiting.During the process,the companies had been facing more challenges in increasing their commercial value and improving their ability to run business overseas.
