基于CFD的张力腿平台拖航阻力数值分析

         

摘要

张力腿平台(Tension Leg Platform,TLP)在出坞、建造和安装定位过程中,常常有拖航需求,为确定经济性好的拖带方案,通过雷诺平均法(Reynods Averaged Navier-Stocks,RANS)结合k-ε湍流模型对张力腿平台拖航阻力进行研究,基于CATIA软件二次开发功能快速建立计算域模型,用STAR-CCM软件生成多面体网格,用Fluent软件对不同平台吃水、航速和拖航角度下的拖航阻力、阻力系数和流场分布等特性进行数值模拟分析.利用回归分析提出张力腿平台拖航阻力的经验公式,实现张力腿平台拖航阻力的快速预报,为平台拖航施工提供指导.%The towing maybe encountered in the process of dock,construction and installation location for Tension Leg Platform(TLP).So it's necessary to determine an economical solution.The drag force of TLP is studied based on Reynolds Averaged Navier-Stocks(RANS) with k-ε turbulence model.The geometry is built up quickly by secondary development of CATIA software.Computational grid is set up by STAR-CCM software and imported into Fluent for calculations.The drag force,drag coefficient and flow field on surface of the platform are researched under different draft,velocity and angle.The empirical formula of platform's drag force is raised up by regression analysis according to the results.It is helpful for the quick prediction of TLP's drag force and the towage operation.
