This paper summarized the beneficiation and utilization of magnetite. The questions were analyzed in the utilization of low-grade magnetite. Based on this analysis it would be the main direction of developing and utilizing low-grade magnetite that developing high value-added products and fine chemicals whisker magnesium products.%本文总结分析了国内外菱镁矿的选矿及利用现状,分析了菱镁矿开发利用过程中存在的问题.提出开发高附加值的晶须产品及精细化工镁盐产品是低品位菱镁矿开发利用的主要方向.
