A Summery Report on the Nonferrous Metals Industry

正China’s ten major nonferrous metals production in 2005 reached 16.32 million tons, up by over 18 per cent on 2004 basis. Among them, copper production was 2.58 million tons, up by 25.3 per cent. Aluminium production was 7.81 million tons, up by 17 per cent. Lead was 2.38 million tons, up by 31.29 per cent and zinc was 2.71 million tons, up by 7.6 per cent.
