正The recent changes of China’s export tax policy on some major nonferrous metals resources will help China get rid of the tradition as a cheap natural resources supplier in the world. These policy changes will add 10 per cent export tax on over 40 mineral resources and some 15 per cent export tax on copper, nickel, aluminium, rare earth compounds etc.
