金川镍闪速熔炼过程热平衡模拟

摘要

This paper describes calculation method of heat balance in nickel smelting furnace and simulation calculation of heat balance process in Jinchuan nickel flash smelting with aid of thermal model developed, which tallies very well with the production practice. The paper also presents investigation on oxygen enrichment, pulverized coal, smelting temperature and other factors that affect the heat balance in the smelting process.%介绍了镍闪速炉热平衡计算方法，用所开发的热力学模型对金川镍闪速熔炼的热平衡过程进行了模拟计算，与生产实践吻合得很好，同时分别探讨了富氧浓度、粉煤以及熔炼温度等因素对熔炼过程热平衡的影响。
