从钼矿中提取铼的工艺改进及研究进展

         

摘要

Rhenium is in the periodic table Ⅶ B group, belongs to scattered metals .Because rhenium has high melting point , high hardness , creep resistance , corrosion resistance and good plasticity , excellent performance , it can be widely used in the thermocouple , rhenium metal coating and electronic industries .Its effect in the manufac-turing of aeroengine turbine blade and engine nozzlel can 't be replaced .In addition, rhenium has high catalytic ac-tivity , platinum-rhenium catalyst is good catalyst in the process of oil catalytic cracking reforming .At present , the scholars pay high attention to exploit and utilize rhenium and its alloys .But rhenium resources are scarce , very low abundance in the earth 's crust and scattered , so the output of rhenium is low , the price is expensive and restricts the application of rhenium .Scholars both at home and abroad have carried out a large number of different treatment methods for experimental research , to seek effective separation , enrichment and extraction method of rhenium .%铼位于元素周期表ⅦB族,属于稀散金属. 由于铼具有高熔点、高硬度、抗蠕变性、抗腐蚀性以及良好的塑性等优异性能,使得铼能广泛的应用于热电偶、金属涂层和电子工业. 其在制造航空发动机涡轮叶片和发动机喷管上的作用,是其他金属不能替代的. 此外,铼具有较高的催化活性,其与贵金属铂组成的铂-铼催化剂是石油催化裂化重整过程中的良好催化剂. 目前,学者对铼及其合金的开发利用高度重视. 但是铼资源稀缺,在地壳中丰度极低并且分散,导致铼的产量低,价格昂贵而限制了铼的应用. 国内外学者根据不同含铼物料,采取不同的处理方法进行了大量的实验研究,以寻求有效的分离富集和提取铼的方法.
