盘式真空过滤机在铁精矿脱水作业中的应用

By analyzing iron concentrate product, indoor experimental research was carried out by using disc vacu-um filter. The results show that filtered cake’ s moisture of the disk vacuum filter is less than 11%, the goal of re-ducing iron concentrate product ’ s moisture was achieved with industrial production; it can reduce the loss of 130 000 RMB for the whole year. It shows that disc vacuum filter is an effective equipment to reduce fine grained i-ron concentrate’ s filtering moisture.%通过对铁精矿物料性质分析，用盘式真空过滤机进行室内脱水实验，实验结果表明盘式真空过滤机的滤饼水分小于11%。通过工业生产实现了降低铁精矿产品外运水分的目标，全年可减少损失13万元，表明盘式真空过滤机是降低细粒铁精矿过滤水分的有效设备。
