金堆城钼业股份有限公司百花岭选矿厂通过对钼精矿中碳来源分析,直接加强岗位操作、添加低铬合金钢球、用煤油捕收剂代替YC捕收剂等各种措施,使钼精矿中碳由3.4%降低到1.5%左右,然后再将钼精矿高温加热烘干,进一步除去钼精矿中的有机碳,最终将钼精矿中碳降低到0.6%以下,使产品达到生产高纯二硫化钼的质量要求.%In Baihualing Dressing Plant,by a variety of countermeasures,such as analyzing the source of carbon in molybdenum concentrate,strengthening the post operation directly,adding low chrome alloy steel ball,replacing YC collecting agent with kerosene collecting agent,carbon content in molybdenum concentrate was decreased from 3.4% to 1.5%.By heating and drying the molybdenum concentrate at high temperature to further remove organic carbon in molybdenum concentrate,the carbon in molybdenum concentrate was decreased to below 0.6% eventually,thus,the products reached the quality for the production of high purity molybdenum disulfide.
