七钼酸铵连续式结晶工艺优化研究

         

摘要

The process of continuous preparation of ammonium heptamolybdate was optimized.Taking the size of ammonium heptamolybdate as evaluation index,the influencing factors were analyzed by Single factor test to deter-mine the main influencing factors.The effect of process parameters in continuous crystallization process on the par-ticle size was systematically studied.The optimum preparation process conditions were obtained through the Box-Behnken response surface:feed density of 2.394 g/mL,stirring speed of 125 r/min,outer loop flow of 565 L/min and crystallization temperature of 22 ℃.The average particle size of ammonium heptamolybdate was 408.6 μm in the preparation process condition through three parallel experiments.%本文对连续式制备七钼酸铵工艺进行了优化研究,在工艺研究的过程中,以七钼酸铵粒度为评价指标,利用单因素实验,对影响七钼酸铵粒度的因素进行分析,确定主要影响因素,随后利用Box-Behnken响应面法系统研究工艺参数对粒度的影响,得出最佳的制备工艺条件为:进料密度1.394 g/mL,搅拌速度125 r/min,外循环流量565 L/min,结晶温度为22 ℃.在此条件下进行3次平行实验,得到七钼酸铵粒度的平均值为408.6 μm.
