同伴支持计划在2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果

摘要

Objective To explore application effect of peer support programmes in the patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 93 patients with type 2 diabetes were divided into two groups.The conventional therapy with"doctor-patient"model was used in control group.The peer support programmes therapy with "doctor-assisted peer-patient" model was applied in treatment group.Before and after treatment with a period of three months,success rate of integrated control in-dicator for diabetes was compared between two groups and the HOPE questionnaire of diabetes knowledge was applied to investigate diabetes knowledge score of two groups. Results After treatment,the success rate of control indicator with SBP,FPG,2 h PG,TG,HDL-C,HbA1c and BMI in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group re-spectively (P<0.05),while the knowledge score of diabetic recognition,diet,exercise,medication and self-management in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group and before treatment respectively(P<0.01). Conclu-sion Application of peer support programmes in patients with type 2 diabetes can promote their integrated control indi-cators of diabetes to standard levels,improve their self-management abilities and enhance their diabetes knowledge.It is worthy of promotion and application.%目的：探讨同伴支持计划在2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法93例2型糖尿病患者分为两组，对照组接受“医生-患者”模式的常规治疗；治疗组采用“医生-同伴帮扶组-患者”模式实施同伴支持计划治疗。于治疗前及治疗3个月后，比较两组患者的糖尿病综合控制指标达标率，并应用HOPE糖尿病知识问卷调查两组患者的糖尿病知识得分。结果治疗后，治疗组的SBP、FPG、2 h PG、TG、HDL-C、HbA1c、BMI达标率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)，糖尿病认知、饮食知识、运动知识、用药知识、自我管理得分均显著高于对照组及治疗前(P<0.01)。结论同伴支持计划应用于2型糖尿病患者可促进患者糖尿病综合控制指标达标，改善糖尿病患者的自我管理能力，增长其糖尿病相关知识，值得推广应用。
