射干麻黄汤联合阿奇霉素治疗成人风寒闭肺型肺炎支原体肺炎的效果观察

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of Shegan Mahuang decoction combined with azithromycin treating adult cold shuts the lung Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia. Methods From February 2014 to February 2015,60 patients with cold shuts lung Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia were regarded as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group.Control group (30 cases) was treated by azithromycin,while observation group (30 cases) was treated by Shegan Mahuang decoction on the basis of control group.The curative effect was observed and compared between two groups. Results The curative effect of disease of western medicine:after treatment,total effective rate of observation group was 93.3%,control group was 73.3%;the total effective rate of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome of observation group was 96.7%,and control group was 80.0%,and there was a statistical difference between two groups about curatve effect comparision (P<0.05).Incidence rate of adverse reaction of observation group was 3.3%, and control group was 20.0%,and there was a statistical difference between two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Shegan mahuang decoction combined with azithromycin has obvious curative effect for adult cold shuts the lung Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.%目的：探讨射干麻黄汤联合阿奇霉素治疗成人风寒闭肺型肺炎支原体肺炎的效果。方法2014年2月~2015年2月，以我院确诊的60例风寒闭肺型肺炎支原体肺炎患者为研究对象，将其分成观察组和对照组，对照组(30例)使用阿奇霉素治疗，观察组(30例)在对照组基础上采用射干麻黄汤治疗，观察、比较两组的疗效。结果西医疾病疗效院观察组治疗后总有效率为93.3%，对照组为73.3%；观察组中医证候总有效率为96.7%，对照组为80.0%，组间疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组不良反应率为3.3%，对照组为20.0%，组间比较差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论射干麻黄汤联合阿奇霉素治疗成人风寒闭肺型肺炎支原体肺炎的效果明显。
