术后早期神经肌肉电刺激对基底节区出血患者肢体肌力恢复的影响

             

摘要

目的:探讨术后早期神经肌肉电刺激对基底节区出血患者肢体肌力恢复的影响。方法选取本院2011年1月~2014年1月收治的31例基底节区出血患者作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组。对照组按常规高血压脑出血术后治疗方案进行治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上于术后7d给予神经肌肉电刺激治疗。比较两组急性期治疗前、急性期治疗1个疗程后及康复治疗半年后的Fugl-Meyer评分。结果两组急性期治疗前、急性期治疗1个疗程后的上肢Fugl-Meyer评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P跃0.05)。实验组半年后的上肢Fugl-Meyer评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组急性期治疗前、急性期治疗1个疗程后的下肢Fugl-Meyer评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P跃0.05)。实验组半年后的下肢Fugl-Meyer评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术后早期神经肌肉电刺激治疗可有效改善基底节区出血患者后期肢体肌力。%Objective To explore the influence of early postoperative neuromuscular electrical stirnulation on the limb myodynamia recovery of patients with basal ganglia hemorrhage. Methods 31 patients with hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage from January 2011 to January 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the experimen-tal group and the control group.The control group was treated with the treatment plan after the treatment of the normal hypertension cerebral hemorrhage,the experimental group was treated with neuromuscular electrical stirnulation after operation at 7days on the basis of the control group.The score of Fugl-Meyer in two groups before treatment in acute stage,after 1 courses of treatment in acute stage,after treatment for six months was compared respectively. Results There was no significant difference in Fugl-Meyer score of upper limb between two groups before treatment in acute stage and after 1 courses of treatment in acute stage (P>0.05).The Fugl-Meyer score of the upper limb in the experimental group after six months was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).There was no signif-icant difference in Fugl-Meyer score of lower limb between two groups before treatment in acute stage and after 1 courses of treatment in acute stage (P>0.05).The Fugl-Meyer score of lower limb in the experimental group after six months was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Early postoperative neuromuscular electrical stirnulation therapy can effectively improve the late recovery of limb myodynamia in basal ganglia hemorrhage patients.
