社区康复干预治疗慢性胃炎的临床效果观察

摘要

目的：探讨社区康复干预在慢性胃炎患者中的应用效果。方法选取2011年9月~2013年4月在本院消化内科就诊的116例慢性胃炎患者作为研究对象，给予社区康复干预，比较干预前后的效果。结果干预后的心理状态、营养状况、自我保健意识和社交活动积极性等生活质量优良率显著高于干预前，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论社区康复干预能够有效提高慢性胃炎患者的生活质量。%Objective To explore the application effect of community rehabilitation intervention in patient with chronic gastritis. Methods 116 cases with chronic gastritis from September 2011 to April 2014 in our hospital were selected as the research object,and were given community rehabilitation intervention.The effect before and after intervention was compared. Results The excellent and good rate of life quality such as mental status,nutritional status,self health aware-ness and social activity after intervention was higher than that before intervention,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Community rehabilitation intervention can effectively improve quality of life of patient with chronic gastritis.
