热敏灸治疗腰椎压缩性骨折患者腹胀、便秘的临床效果

摘要

Objective To investigate clinical effect of heat sensitive moxibustion treating abdominal distention and con-stipation in patients with lumbar vertebral compression fracture. Methods 80 cases with lumbar vertebral compression fracture treated in our department from July 2013 to December 2014 were divided into observation group and control group,and there were 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment:abdominal massage along the gastrointestinal directioncombined with clean enema treatment,while the observation group was given the heat sen-sitive moxibustiontreatment.Treatment effect of two groups was compared. Results Hospitalization timeinobservation group[(20.1±2.1) d]was obviouslyshorter than that of control group [(32.2±3.5) d],and treatment cost of observation group [(3150.6±67.2) yuan] was significantly lower than that of control group [(4710.2±78.2) yuan] (P<0.01).The total effec-tiverate of observation group (95.0%)was higher than that of control group (77.5%) (P<0.05). Conclusion Heat sensitive moxibustion can effectively improve the symptom of abdominal distension and constipation,and shorten hospitalization time and reduce treatment cost.It is worthy of promotion.%目的：探讨热敏灸治疗腰椎压缩性骨折患者腹胀、便秘的临床效果。方法将本科2013年7月~2014年12月收治的80例腰椎压缩性骨折患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组40例。对照组给予常规处理院顺胃肠方向按摩腹部结合清洁灌肠治疗，观察组给予热敏灸治疗，比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的住院时间为(20.1±2.1)d，显著短于对照组的(32.2±3.5)d，治疗费用为(3150.6±67.2)元，显著低于对照组的(4710.2±78.2)元(P<0.01)。观察组的总有效率为95.0%，显著高于对照组的77.5%(P<0.05)。结论热敏灸能够有效地改善腰椎压缩性骨折患者的腹胀、便秘症状，可缩短住院时间，降低治疗费用，值得推广。
