'火郁发之'法火针治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床效果

         

摘要

目的 探讨"火郁发之"法火针治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床效果.方法 选择我院针灸科于2016年10月~2017年10月门诊和住院收治的急性痛风性关节炎患者60例为研究对象.随机将其分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例.治疗组给予火针治疗;对照组采用依托考昔片+小剂量秋水仙碱治疗.比较两组的临床疗效.结果 两组患者治疗前的综合评分及VAS 评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组的综合评分及VAS 评分均显著降低,与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者治疗后的综合评分及VAS 评分均明显低于对照组,疼痛缓解时间及疼痛持续时间均明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组的总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 火针疗法治疗急性痛风性关节炎可有效改善关节症状,效果与西药相当,但其镇痛效应优于西药,值得临床推广.%Objective To explore the clinical effect of fire needle with "fire stagnation requiring dissipation" treating acute gouty arthritis.Methods A total of 60 patients with acute gouty arthritis admitted into the department of acupuncture and moxibustion from October 2016 to October 2017 were selected as the subjects and they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,there were 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was given fire needle treatment while the control group was given Etoricoxib Tablets and small dose of Colchicine treatment.The clinical effects between the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the comprehensive score and VAS score in the two groups after treatment (P>0.05).After treatment,the comprehensive score and VAS score were significantly decreased,compared with those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The comprehensive score and VAS score in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group and the time of pain relief and the duration of pain were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion Fire needle therapy in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis can effectively improve joint symptoms,and its effect is equivalent to western medicine,but its analgesic effect is better than western medicine,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
