远程技术支持在网络专业项目化课程教学中的应用

When the product fails, one of the maintenance and repair of most manufacturers is remote technical support. This technology was introduced to the network fault detection and maintenance of the Course, so that students independently solve switching equipment failure, teachers and engineers to assist. This information technology and curriculum integration, not only embodies the reform of teaching methods"student-centered", but also relfects the teaching process and the production process is not just teaching situation and teaching resources docking, but also the staff role docking.%目前大多数厂家进行产品故障维护和维修时，一般采用的方式之一就是远程技术支持。我们将这一技术手段引入到网络故障检测与维护课程教学中，让学生自主解决交换设备中故障，教师和工程师协助完成。这种信息技术与课程融合，既体现了“以学生为中心”的教学手段改革，又体现了教学过程与生产过程对接不仅仅是教学情境、教学资源对接，而且还是人员角色的对接。
