低品位三水铝石型铝土矿选矿试验研究

     

摘要

在低温拜耳法生产氧化铝工艺中,三水铝石型铝土矿的质量优劣,直接影响其生产的经济技术指标.而评价矿石质量优劣的最主要指标,是活性铝与活性硅的比值,即有效铝硅比.本实验旨在通过选矿的方法,依据三水铝土矿的矿石特性,采用分级浮选流程,提高低铝硅比三水铝土矿的有效铝硅比.试验获得了较好的技术指标,总精矿的铝硅比为5.41,有效铝硅比为11.07,三水铝石的回收率为92.41%.%In the low-temperature Bayer process of alumina production, gibbsite bauxite quality will directly affect the production of economic and technical indicators, and evaluation of the good or bad of the main indicators of the ore quality is the ratio of activated aluminum and silicon, that is effective Al-Si ratio.This study aims to dressing methods, based on bauxite ore characteristics, grade and flotation process used to improve the effective Al-Si ratio of Low-Al-Si ratio gibbsite bauxite.Test was a good technical indicator,the total concentrate of Al-Si ratio of 5.41, the effective Al-Si ratio of 11.07, gibbsite recoveries of 92.41%.
